Base and clamping plates

Base and clamping plates are used to attach other elements in structural systems. The base plate, also known as the clamping plate, is the basic element to which other structural elements are attached.

On the other hand, pressure plates press other components against the base plate to ensure that the entire system is properly held and rigid.

The chuck body is the component that is used to attach other parts to the device or machine. It can be made of different materials, depending on the needs and requirements of the application.

The base plate is the component on which the entire structure or device is mounted. It is usually made of a hard and rigid material, such as steel or aluminum, to ensure the structure is sufficiently rigid. Depending on the specific application, the base plate may have additional fastening or stiffening elements, such as bolts or nuts.

Working elements in lines

Working elements in production lines are components used to perform specific functions in the production process. Working elements in ropes include:

A bending pin is a component used to bend or form material under force. It can be made of various materials, depending on the type and thickness of the material to be bent.

A centering pin is a component used to properly align other components with respect to each other. It can be used to align a workpiece on an axis or to ensure an even distribution of forces during machining.

An ejector pin pushes or pulls workpieces out of molds or other production equipment. It can be made of various materials, depending on the type and thickness of the material to be pushed out.

An application nozzle is a component used to apply a specific material to other parts or surfaces. It can apply glue, varnish, or other materials to production parts. The application nozzle can be made of different materials, depending on the material's type and properties.

Mounting elements for control

Control mounting elements are components used to attach and guide various parts in control systems. Examples of such elements:

A gripper mount is a component that attaches a gripper or other handling element to a device or machine. It can be made of various materials, depending on the needs and requirements of the application.

A chain guide is a component that guides and drives a chain or other rotating elements. It can be made of different materials, depending on the chain's type and thickness and the application's requirements.

A pin assembly is a component that rotates or transmits rotary motion from one element to another. It can be made of different materials, depending on the type and requirements of the application.

A base pin is a component used to attach other parts to the substrate or other structural components. It can be made of different materials, depending on the needs and requirements of the application.

Component guards and brackets

Component guards and brackets are components used to protect and secure various parts of equipment and machinery. Such guards and brackets include foot housing, shaft housing, support shaft, and adapter housing.

A foot housing is a component that is used to protect and fix the foot of a device or machine. It can be made of various materials, such as metal, plastic, or rubber. The foot housing is often used in portable equipment such as power tools to provide stability and protection.

A shaft housing is a component used to protect the shaft, which is the main driving element in machinery and equipment. It can be made of various materials, such as metal, plastic, or rubber. The shaft housing is used in machinery and equipment where the shaft is subject to damage or wear, such as agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, or cars.

A support shaft is a component used to attach and support various components in machinery and equipment. It can be made of multiple materials, such as metal, plastic, or rubber. The support shaft is often used in industrial machinery, such as conveyor belts, to ensure stability and smooth operation.

An adapter housing is a component that is used to protect and secure an adapter, which is a component that allows different devices or elements to be connected. It can be made of various materials, such as metal, plastic, or rubber.
